Body found in truck in Providence

PROVIDENCE — The police last night were investigating a body found in a truck at the Rent-A-Center at 55 Hartford Ave.
At 8:30 last night, the police had stretched yellow tape around the truck in the Rent-A-Center parking lot, and were waiting for the medical examiner’s office to arrive. The death did not immediately appear to be a homicide, the police said. Providence detectives could provide no additional information last night.
