Governor Carcieri together with the Rhode Island Department of Health have announced the Second Annual Governor’s Awards for Wellness Innovation. The program recognizes organizations that have developed creative programs or policies that affect wellness areas in tobacco control, seat belt use, healthy weight, physical activity and nutrition.
