2 Somerset men face drug charges

SOMERSET — Two local men were arrested on drug possession charges around 11 p.m. Sunday when the police went to Sam’s Sunoco, 525 County St., after receiving a call that a drug deal might be going down.
The gasoline station is next door to the Police Department.
Jared M. Pelletier, 18, of 13 Buxton Ave., was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute after the police said he was found with three small bags of marijuana in a larger sandwich bag.
Also arrested was Nicholas G. Allen, also 18, of 106 Gibbs St., after the police say they found pills in his pocket. The police said Allen reported that the pills were the painkiller Percocet. He was charged with possession of a Class B drug.
