The service will include the celebration of the Eucharist, teaching, music and the opportunity to be anointed and prayed over individually.

CANCER SUPPORT: sponsored by the Greater Attleboro Unit of the American Cancer Society, will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, in conference rooms D and E, at Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Park Street. The meeting will include an informational discussion among cancer patients about problems they face dealing with their illness. SINGLES DANCE: will hold its monthly singles dance and free dance lesson Saturday, March 19, at the American Legion Hall, Route 123, South Attleboro.
The free lesson will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. and the dance will follow from 8 p.m. to midnight. Proper dress is required.
Admission is $5 for members and $7 for others.
FALL RIVER
COMPUTER CLASSES: Community Development Recreation will offer Beginner Computer Classes for seniors at its computer lab located at the former Bank Street Armory, 72 Bank St.
Classes will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Fridays April 8 to May 27. The cost is $20.
The course, geared to recreational computer users, will cover computer skills, keyboard functions and the basics of Windows, Microsoft Office and E-mail.

FUNDRAISER SUCCESS: The Hockomock Area YMCA's Hay Lightning Swim Team , led by 9-year-old Goutam Sudhir, raised $2,824 for the Tsunami victims by holding a swim marathon at the North Attleboro YMCA.
Another $600 was raised on Feb. 20, when over 30 Hockomock Area YMCA members participated in an aerob-a-thon.
REHOBOTH
STORYTELLING: The Rehoboth Council on Aging, 55 Bay State Rd., will hold a storytelling workshop with expressive therapist Kellye Lovett on Wednesday, March 23.
Using art and storytelling modalities, she will explore age as an asset and will discuss the importance of artful aging.
SEEKONK
SALAMANDER MEANDER: The Caratunk Wildlife Refuge, 301 Brown Ave. will host a Salamander Meander at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 21, of school vacation week.
The fun, educational program will let children explore the edges of vernal pools and overturn logs in search of the amphibians. Each child will have an opportunity to find and study one of the creatures.
The cost is $3 for child members and $5 for other children.

FOXWOODS TRIP: The Seekonk Athletic Booster Club is sponsoring a trip to Foxwoods Resort Casino on Friday, March 18. All money raised will benefit athletic programs at Seekonk High School.
The $25 cost includes, transportation, buffet and a $15 keno ticket.
The bus will leave the high school at 6 p.m. and leaves Foxwoods at midnight for the return trip.

HOLY WEEK SERVICES: Palm Sunday , March 20 -- services at 9 and 10:30 a.m. will include special music and palms. An evening service with communion will be held at 5 p.m.
Maundy Thursday , March 24 -- The Last Supper will be re-enacted at 7 p.m. in Woodworth Hall.
Good Friday , March 25 -- A Service of Darkness at the foot of the cross with the Seven Last Words of Christ will take place at 7:30 p.m.
The Easter Sunrise Service will be held at 6 a.m. Sunday, March 27, at the Grist Mill Pond.
Easter -- services of celebration featuring trumpet, timpani, trombone, sacred dancers and choirs will be held at 9 and 10:30 a.m.
SOMERSET
PROGRESS REPORTS: Somerset High School students will receive Term 3 midterm progress reports during homeroom period tomorrow. Students are to bring the progress reports home to parents/guardians by Friday.
SWANSEA
COLORGUARD COMPETITION: Case High Music Department and C.H.A.M.P.S. (Case High Association of Music parents in Swansea) will host a Winter Colorguard and Percussion competition at noon, Sunday, at Case High School, School Street.
The program will showcase more than 30 groups from schools throughout New England, as part of the New England Scholastic Band Association competition season. The Winterguard ensemble from Case has won three consecutive New England championships and will be defending its title in Dartmouth next month.
The Case Winterguard group has just returned from participating in a Super Regional competition in Syracuse, N.Y., and will be competing in a regional competition in Boston.
Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for students. Food, souvenirs and programs will be sold, to benefit the Case High Music program.
