ARTS IN THE VILLAGE: A swing dance with Rory MacLeod and the Bishop's Castle Band, the final event of this year's Rehoboth Antiquarian Society's Arts in the Village series, will be held at 8 p.m. at Goff Memorial Hall, 124 Bay State Rd., Rehoboth. Tickets are $10 and will be sold at the door. Patrons may come to listen to the band.
Music will be performed by Rhode Island bassist MacLeod and the Bishop's Castle Swing Band. A former member of Roomful of Blues who has performed with the Duke Robillard Band and blues legend B.B. King, MacLeod has been nominated for a Grammy and two WC Handy Blues Awards.
TOMORROW ONLY
CARNIVAL: The Antioch School, 618 Rock St., Fall River, will hold a 65-family yard sale and carnival fundraiser from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event will also feature food and beverages.
ORGANIZATION CONSULTANT: Tammy Costa, the Organized Consultant, will discuss Piles to Files from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the Seekonk Public Library, Newman Avenue.
She will teach different filing techniques suited to personal lifestyles and discuss time-management techniques for increasing productivity.
The program is free.
COFFEE HOUSE: The Old Town Congregational Church, Old Post Road, North Attleboro, will hold a coffee house from 7 to 9 p.m.
Admission is $5.
Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and the Old Town Steeple Fund.
UPCOMING
CONTRA DANCE: There will be a New England contra dance at 8 p.m. next Friday, at Goff Memorial Hall, Bay State Road, Rehoboth.
All dances will be taught by caller Rich Mohr to the music of Kerry Elkin and Friends. Beginners and singles are welcome. Admission is $6.

YARD SALE: The North Attleboro Historical Society will hold a yard sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. next Saturday at the Woodcock Garrison House and Little Red Schoolhouse, 362 N. Washington St. Donations to the sale may be made by calling Bob Lanpher at (508) 695-6649 also, 10-foot-by-10-foot spaces are available to rent for anyone wishing to sell their own items. FLEA MARKET: The Congregational Christian Church of Somerset, 1411 County St., will hold a flea market tomorrow. The rain date will be next Saturday.
The event will feature a sidewalk cafe offering breakfast and lunch items; a new curtain sale, a used tool table, books, small appliances, games, puzzles and children's toys and other useful household items.
Donations of useful household items are welcome.
Spaces of 10-by-10 feet are available to rent for the cost of $10.

GARDEN TOUR: The Rehoboth Garden Club will host its house and garden tour Winding Through Thyme from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. next Saturday.
The tour will feature 10 gardens and the first-floor interiors of five local homes. The event will commemorate the club's 70th anniversary
The tour will begin at Tranquil Lake Nursery, 45 River St., where a box lunch will be available to those making reservations by Wednesday.
Tour tickets are $20 and are available at the Tranquil Lake Nursery, The Secret Garden, Cricket Hill Gift Shop, Past and Present, Country Reflections, Country Thyme Flower and Gift Shop and the Blanding Public Library, all in Rehoboth; at Araujo Farms, Dighton and at the Seekonk Public Library. STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL: The Friends of the Dighton Public Library will hold its 11th annual strawberry festival from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. next Saturday, on the Town Hall grounds, Route 138.
The event will feature shortcakes, a light luncheon, a used book sale, children's games and entertainment and piano soloist Joshua Martin.
NASHVILLE SHOW: Tommy Cash, Tricia Elliot and Billy D. Hunter will perform at a four-hour Nashville show at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 13, at Francis Farm, County Street, Rehoboth.
Tommy Cash, will perform many of his hits including "Listen," "Rise and Shine" and "Six White Horses." He will also perform a tribute to his late brother country music legend Johnny Cash.
Tricia Elliott, named County Music's Female Traditional Artist of the Year, will perform several of her well-known songs including "I Cried Again," "You're the Reason" and "Ain't You Gonna Cry."
Billy D. Hunter will perform "After the Storm" and "I Have All I Need."
Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children ages 5 to 12.

CHURCH EVENTS: The First Congregational Church UCC, of North Attleboro, the Oldtown Church, will hold an oldtown chicken barbecue, served on the South Lawn from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, June 19. The menu will feature a one-half Willow Tree chicken (one-quarter for children), baked potato, roll, salad with Elsie Morris' salad dressing, dessert and beverage.

SOBRIETY POWWOW: A sobriety powwow will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 19, behind the Dighton Town Hall, Somerset Avenue, Route 138. The grand entry will be at 12:30 a.m.
The group Red Road, Native Americans in recovery from either alcohol or drugs, is sponsoring the event, which will feature Native American crafts and jewelry, singing, dancing, drum and flute music.
POWWOW: The Dighton Intertribal Indian Council will hold a Native American Powwow called Honor Our Elders from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. next Saturday and Sunday, at the North Elementary School, Whetstone Hill Road, off Route 138, Somerset. The grand entry will be at 1 p.m.
The event will feature Native American drumming, singing, dancing and flute playing, crafts and storytelling.
