The baseball team the Newport Gulls raised $20,000 at the third annual Hot Stove Dinner and Auction on Jan. 30 at the Hyatt Regency on Goat Island. More than 400 guests rubbed shoulders with former Red Sox manager Joe Morgan and the voice of the Pawtucket Red Sox, Steve Hyder.
