140th Anniversary Award was presented to Robert P. Brooks, left, president of the board of governors, by Anne Szostak, chairman emeritus of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and Dave Ross of Boys & Girls Clubs of America. The organization celebrated its 140th Anniversary at the annual Kids1st Nite Out Nov. 22. The event rasied $75,000, and Robert Schacht, one of its longest standing volunteers, was honored with a President’s Volunteer Service Award.
