The Museum of Primitive Art and Culture in Peace Dale will hold the next in a series of Founders Lectures at 7 p.m. at the Museum, which is at 1058 Kingstown Rd. The speaker will be Frank Williams, Chief Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, whose topic will be “Abraham Lincoln and Black Hawk: When Cultures Collide.” He will discuss the conflict between Native Americans and European settlers on the Illinois frontier.
