A Founding Father comes to the fore. Tonight at 6, Providence Public Library presents a book discussion and signing by Gordon Wood, Brown University’s Pulitzer Prize-winning professor of history and author of The Americanization of Benjamin Franklin. The talk, which is free to the public, is the last event in the six-week stay of the traveling exhibition Benjamin Franklin: In Search of a Better World.
