Ray Davies, the founder, singer and songwriter of the legendary band The Kinks and now a solo artist, will lead his band into Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel, on Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at noon.
