Newsletter Frequently Asked Questions
1. How can I subscribe or unsubscribe from a newsletters offered on projo.com?
To subscribe or unsubscribe to one of our free subscription newsletters, go to: http://www.projo.com/newsletters .
Sign in by entering your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, follow the "forget your password" directions and a new password will be immediately emailed to you. Using your new password, you can then log in.
If you have not registered as a member of projo.com before, you will be asked to complete the simple one-time registration form.
From there you will be presented with the newsletter subscription form. Simply check those newsletters you would wish to receive or uncheck the box of the newsletters you wish to unsubscribe to. (The newsletters you are currently subscribed to will have checkmarks next to them.) Next, click on "Subscribe to selected newsletters", and your subscriptions will begin, or be cancelled.

2. I have a new email address and would like to begin receiving my newsletters at this new email address. How do I do that?
You need to change your profile in order to update your email address. This automated process is quick and easy.
To change your email address, go to:
http://www.projo.com/newsletters
First choose "Change Email". Then, enter your old email address, password, and new email address. Click on "submit", and your new address will be entered. If you do not remember your password, follow the "forget your password" directions and one will be immediately emailed to you. You can then log in and change your email address.

3. My email browser doesn’t support graphically rich email, like "HTML" email. I can’t receive documents with photos, video or audio clips. Can you send me the newsletters in text-only format?
We only offer our newsletters in HTML format. If your email program does not allow you to view HTML email, you can go to http://www.yahoo.com or http://www.hotmail.com and sign-up for a free email account that does support graphically enhanced email. You can then have your newsletters sent to that new email address.
To update the email address in your registered account, please do the following:
- Go to http://signin.projo.com
- Sign-in using your old email address and password.
- Your account information will appear in the registration form. Update the email address field with your new address and "submit."
- Your account has been updated and you will start receiving your newsletters at this new email address with the next scheduled mailing.

4. I accidentally deleted this week’s newsletter from my inbox before I had a chance to read it. Could you please resend it to me?
Due to the high volume of email passing through our mail servers hourly, it is not possible for us to resubmit a newsletter. You might find the newsletter in your "deleted items" or "trash can" or "recycle bin" folders.
