1. I've forgotten or lost my password. Â What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "MemberCenter" link located at the top right-hand corner of the homepage of projo.com. Once on the Sign In page, click on the "Forgot Password" link. After entering your email address, click "Send Email" and a new password will be sent to the address you typed in. To change the automatically-generated password, follow the instructions included in the email message.
If you can’t find your new password in your email inbox, please check your junk or bulk email folder. The password may have been falsely identified as possible spam material. If you are still having problems, please contact us at help@projo.com.
2. Will another Web site be able to steal my password?
No outside parties, including other Web sites, have the ability to steal your password. It is safely stored behind a secure system that is inaccessible to outside parties.
If you should forget your password, we will email a password to the current email address listed within your registered account.
3. What is a cookie? And, why does projo.com use cookies?
A "cookie" is a small piece of information that a Web site can store in a designated file on your computer. It can be used, among other things, to identify you when you log in to a Web site. When you visit a site, that site can access only the information which it stored in your cookie -- not information put in your cookie by other sites.
Cookies help identify you and your access privileges on our site. When you sign on to projo.com, we set a cookie that tells us who you are. If you refuse to accept our cookies, we have no way of knowing whether you are a registered user; consequently, you must accept cookies to enter our site, or else you will need to continue to re-register. 4. Will I receive unsolicited email if I accept your cookies?
No. Acceptance of cookies on our Web site does not result in your receiving any additional email from us or from our advertisers. When you registered, you chose whether to receive promotional email from projo.com or from our advertisers.
5. What information will you be tracking along with my cookie?
Projo.com, like many other Web publishers, tracks the activities of visitors to their sites. This activity is tracked for many reasons such as monitoring ease of use of a site and tracking popularity of particular sections. projo.com uses this information to determine which pages are more valuable to you and to our advertisers. Your account information combined with your activity on our site will provide additional information that allows us to create a more interesting and enjoyable site. This will also allow us to continue to make projo.com an attractive advertising medium for our advertisers.
6. How do I activate the "cookies" setting on my computer's browser?
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer:
- Open your browser (IE) and select the "Tools" pull-down menu.
- Select "Internet Options" from the bottom of the box.
- Click on the "Security" tab and then the "Custom Level" button.
- You will be presented with a list of various options; scroll to the section marked "Cookies".
- In the "Cookies" section, there are two different types of cookies: (1) Allows "cookies" that are stored on your computer, and (2) Allows per-session "cookies" (not stored on your computer).
- Here you can check the buttons marked "Enable".
- If you want to be prompted each time, you can click on the "prompt" button. You may find this option tiresome if you use the Internet often.
- 6. Press "OK" until you return to your browser.
If you are using Netscape Navigator:
- Open your browser (Navigator) and select the "Edit" pull-down menu.
- Select "Preferences" then click "Advanced".
- At the bottom of the box, in the section marked "Cookies", click "Accept all Cookies"
- Press "OK" to be returned to your browser.
7. Can I send a press release via email?

Note: Projo.com prefers not to receive press releases directly by fax or email, unless it has requested your agency send such information.
