Yes, all ads that appear in The Providence Journal also appear online for 7 days. You can access display advertising by clicking on the "Shop" navigation from any page. You may also go directly to: http://projo.travidia.com/ROP/Categories.aspx

Classified ads can be accessed by the clicking on the classified navigation at the top of any page. You may also go directly to: www.projo.com/classifieds/

4. Can The Providence Journal create my print or online ad?

Yes, The Providence Journal has a full-service creative and marketing team that provides complimentary ad design and creation.

5. When are classified ads placed on projo.com and how long do they remain online?

Classifieds go online at 4 a.m. on the same day as newspaper publication. They are updated every 24 hours and are available for seven days. When an ad runs more than one day, that ad will be available for seven days after the last date of publication in the newspaper.

6. Can I search for a classified ad in the Archives?

The archives section of projo.com does not include classified ads.

7. Can I place a classified ad via the Web site? If not, how do I place a classified ad?

If you are selling an item valued at less than $200, you can place an ad online for free. Simply fill out the form, and your ad will appear online for seven days after it has been reviewed and published -- usually within 24 hours on business days.

8. What if I purchased a classified ad and can't find it online?

If you are unable to locate your classified ad in The Providence Journal or on projo.com, please call 1-800-540-7730. Please have your ad number; billing phone number and the date the ad was scheduled to run in the newspaper.
