Blood drive: The Rhode Island Blood Center will conduct a blood drive Monday from 2 to 7 p.m. at the Charlestown Police Department, 4901 Old Post Rd., Charlestown, in honor of the late Robert L. Craig III, a retired lieutenant who died last month of a bleeding disorder.
Appointments may be made online at www.ribc.org, using sponsor code 2240.

Know your stress: Community VNA, 10 Emory St., Attleboro, will host a workshop, “Know your Stress,” Thursday, Dec. 4 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Learn simple breathing techniques and yoga postures. The workshop will help you understand the physical, mental and emotional effects of stress. Professionals, individuals, and caregivers are welcome to this free community education program.
