The Arthritis Foundation will sponsor a free public seminar, “Inflammatory Arthritis: Managing Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis,” Dec. 3 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Bayside Family YMCA, 70 West St., Barrington.
Rheumatologists John Conte and Karmela Chan of Rheumatology Associates and Bayside’s coordinator for active older adults, Edna Kurtzman, will address managing pain through physical activity and demonstrate the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program.
Pre-registration is required by Nov. 30. Special accommodations must be requested. For more information, call the Arthritis Foundation at (401) 739-3773.
