ROASTED RED PEPPERS

1 cup fire-roasted red peppers, skinless, julienned

1 teaspoon garlic, fresh and minced

1 tablespoon basil, chopped

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Drain all liquid from the red peppers and then put in a bowl. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Set aside.
