CLASSIC REMOULADE

CLASSIC REMOULADE
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup creole or grain mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup scallions, finely sliced
2 teaspoons capers
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon gherkins or another type of sour pickle, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Place all the ingredients in a food processor for a few minutes or mix thoroughly by hand.
