BACARO’S SWEET AND SPICY NUT CHUTNEY

1 pound mixed dried fruits (apricots, cranberries, figs etc.)

Bacaro’s Roasted Sweet Nuts (see recipe below)

Bacaro’s Roasted Savory Nuts (see recipe below)

Honey (your favorite)

Cut mixed, dried fruits into 1/4-inch pieces.

Prepare nuts as instructed below. Once nuts are completely cool, mix them together along with dried fruits.

To serve: Place the mixed nuts and dried fruits onto serving platter. Drizzle a bit of honey over the top of the nuts. Serve with your favorite cheeses.
