BEER BATTER
1 1/2 cups flour
12 ounces beer
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon chopped oregano
1/8 teaspoon chopped rosemary
1/8 teaspoon chopped thyme
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
