Recipe: Chocolate Chip Topping

CHOCOLATE CHIP TOPPING
1 1/4 cups flour
8 tablespoons slightly chilled butter
1 tablespoon orange zest, finely zested
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Juice of 1 orange, freshly squeezed
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup premium Belgian chocolate, unevenly cut
Mix everything but the chocolate with your hands until the butter and wet ingredients are incorporated into most of the mixture. Add chocolate chunks.
