Deadline for absentee ballots is Tuesday in Pawtucket

PAWTUCKET—The Pawtucket Board of Canvassers reminds all Pawtucket voters who will be unable to make it to the polls for the Sept. 9 primary election that applications for absentee ballots must be received at the Board of Canvassers no later than 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Those who need an application for an absentee ballot may either download one on line from the secretary of state’s Web site www.state.ri.us or may phone Laurie Waite at the Pawtucket Board of Canvassers at (401) 722-1637.
