The Providence Street Boys favor the number "1064" because there are 10 letters in the word "Providence," 6 in "Street" and 4 in "Boys".

Historically, the gang’s colors have been blue and red.

Like the Oriental Rascals, PSB members have aged and are not as active as they were 10 years ago. They have an ongoing relationship with the Young Bloods. Nonetheless, the police continue to monitor the 50 or so gang members who are a mix of Cambodians, African-Americans, Latinos and whites. They still get together at baby showers and parties.

PSB and the Oriental Rascals are long-time enemies.
