Oriental Rascals Veasna Sin, left, and Arun Ros were sentenced to life in prison in December 2004 after a jury convicted them of shooting into a passing car in the West End, killing a 19-year-old man. Another bullet severed the spine of a 16-year-old boy, leaving him paralyzed. Ros and Sin did not know the victims.

Another Cambodian gang with 50 to 60 members, most of whom live in the West End. Others live in Cranston. They wear blue and have been around since the early 1990s. The gang has a strong relationship with Laos Pride. Its rivals are the Providence Street Boyz and MS-13. Many of the gang members have grown up, married and have jobs.
