The Dark Side Rascals are a junior version of the Oriental Rascals, meaning most of its 20 or so members are teenagers. The police say the leader is Sareivouth Cheam, also know as “Vut” or “Little One.” Last April, he was arrested for attacking a rival with a golf club at the Providence Place mall.
