Where 'there's
no traffic, no lights'

PROVIDENCE -- Primitive man is said to have enjoyed using boats during the Stone Age. Ray Robbio dates his personal appreciation for them to July 4, 2001. Soon after that summer holiday, the Robbios found themselves on the showroom floor at South Attleboro Marine.
