Journal environment writer Peter B. Lord
Peter B. Lord has been a reporter at The Providence Journal since 1979 and has covered environmental issues since 1981. His work has focused on water pollution and land development. Projo.com and Lord have previously collaborated previously on a number of projects, including the award-winning Rescuing the Right, a journey to track attempts to save the endangered right whale, Poisoned, exploring the lead-poisoning crisis among Rhode Island's children, and continuing coverage of The Station nightclub fire, including Fatal Foam.

Journal staff photographer John Friedah

John Freidah has been a staff photographer at The Providence Journal since 1995 and was a fiber-optic engineer before changing careers to focus on social issues. Freidah partnered with projo.com in 1997 to produce one of the site's first multimedia efforts, A Time to Die. He was also the photographer for Poisoned and, most recently, he has returned from his second trip for The Journal to the war zone in Iraq, with his work featured in Dispatches from Iraq.
