R.I. College president calling it a career

PROVIDENCE -- Rhode Island College President John Nazarian announced Tuesday that he will retire when his contract expires in June, capping 58 years at the college, the last 18 as president.



Master of her own fate
PROVIDENCE -- Rose Quigley, 23, has overcome a difficult childhood as a ward of the state to graduate from URI and become a case manager in the Family Court. Tonight she will receive a master's degree in social work from Rhode Island College.
