Caught June 2, 10 pm, just inside the hurricane barrier in Providence. Just barely a keeper at 28". Caught on my "small" casting (freshwater) pole with 15 lb. test and a small piece of fish chunk that some kindly fisherman gave me when he left (could've been pogie). Good thing it was low tide b/c the fish broke the line as I was pulling him up and I had to scramble down to the rocks to get him.
