This, pardon the pun is "no fish tail"....caught this fish yesterday in the providence river. I was perplexed about releasing it but in the end 16" min. limit is 16" min. and truthfully I could not measure 16" from head to tail......so I released it. This fish obviously is beating the odds of survival. Note: amputation or bite was 100% healed. Ken Wunschel Cumberland RI
