Laura Fox , a first grade student at St. Philip School, recently became a Feinstein Junior Scholar. Laura was recognized for this distinction as a result of her tireless efforts and countless volunteer hours in support of her community, parish, school, and youth sports organization. Currently, she hopes to increase awareness about green energy and energy conservation at the elementary school level.
