 New York Minute's trademark is versatility and variety. From classic rock to R & B, blues, oldies, and popular music, their performances are noted for energy, strong vocal harmonies, superior musicianship and fun.
Band members are veteran performers of over 20 years. Bill Mitchell, (vocals, rhythm guitar, harp and percussion) and Pat Smith (vocals, rhythm) sang with the a capella group, The Hudsons: David Furlong, (vocals, lead guitar) and Andy Webb (vocals, bass) were formerly with Three Legged Horse.
John Lombardi (sax) and John Brough (drums) have been playing for decades.
The group was formed in 1995 and has played venues on the East Greenwich waterfront, South County and Newport as well as Dick's Last Resort in Boston and the House of Blues in Los Angeles.The band also performed on radio commercials and at numerous special events.
