Robert Ducharme and Michael Ducharme, both of Providence, were united
in a commitment ceremony at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts,
Santa Rosa, Calif., on Sept. 1. Jody Crane and Kate Babcock Magruder,
friends of the couple, officiated.
Robert Ducharme is the son of the late Myrna and Murray Cohen of Cherry
Hill, N.J. Michael Ducharme is the son of Anna and Donald Ducharme of
Duxbury, Mass., formerly of Burrillville.
The honor attendants were Ann Ducharme, Sandra Feinberg, Liz Ibarra,
Cyd Jenefsky, Justine Moore, James O'Keefe, Diane Schlactus and Dimitri
Serafamides. The ushers were Baker Hart, Linda Pack, Faith Fussler and
David Weitzman.
Robert Ducharme graduated from Hofstra University, Hempstead, N.Y.,
and Michael Ducharme graduated from Rhode Island College. The couple
make their home in Providence.
