7/05/1995 Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bring clam juice, margarine, lemon juice, chopped quahogs, Tabasco and herb packet from stuffing mix to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 6 minutes. Add stuffing mix. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stuff shells with mixture. Put two shells together and tie them closed with twine. Place on cookie sheet in preheated oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes. --Recipe from Ron Kwolek. |
