Try my delicious recipe for clam cakes.

CLAM CAKES
8 ounces minced clams
1 egg
¾ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste

Strain the clams. Add them to the rest of the ingredients and fry like pancakes.
