Mosquito bite tips
To reduce the risk of mosquito bites, use repellents containing DEET, make sure window screens are in good repair, and remove any standing water around the house.
To avoid exposure to the pesticide being used to kill mosquitoes, stay indoors during spraying, keep pets indoors, close windows, turn off air conditioners, keep toys and outdoor equipment and furniture under cover, and wash any produce harvested from a home garden.
