'Is it too late to do anything about the responsible parties?'
I guess my main concern is regarding the salvage company. Why were they picked when the past track record of some of the company principals was less than stellar? I think that more investigation needs to be done into why that barge is still lying offshore and on one of our busiest sections of the shoreline. Is it too late to do anything about the responsible parties?Jim Noonan JIM12E8@aol.com
