1999 WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA-CRANBERRY COOKIES
1 (18-ounce) package white chocolate chunk refrigerated cookie dough
1 cup chopped macadamia
nuts
1 cup dried sweetened cranberries (Craisins)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon orange extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl,
crumble the cookie dough. Add the macadamias, cranberries and both
extracts; mix well with an electric mixer. Spoon cookie dough by teaspoons onto
ungreased
cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let
cool. Makes
21/2 dozen cookies.
