Thanksgiving
1988 CRANBERRY PUMPKIN BREAD
4 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 cup oil
1 can pumpkin pie mix
1 can wholeberry cranberry sauce
2/3 cup cold water
4 eggs
Sift together all dry ingredients. Pour in oil. Add pumpkin pie mix, cranberry sauce and water. Blend well. Add eggs one at a time and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into well-greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until loaves test done. Makes two large or three small loaves.
