8 cups apple cider
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Peel of 1 lemon
Peel of 1 orange
1 lemon, thinly sliced into rounds
1 orange, thinly sliced into rounds
2 teaspoons nutmeg
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cinnamon sticks
Pour cider and maple syrup into a large sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve in heatproof punch cups.
