1985 HOT PEPPERMINT PATTY
2 tablespoons peppermint schnapps
1 tablespoon dark creme de cacao
1 packet instant hot chocolate mix
Boiling water
Whipped cream
1 teaspoon green creme de menthe
Into preheated mug or heat-proof glass pour schnapps and cacao. Stir. Add packet of hot chocolate mix. Stir to dissolve. Fill to within 1/2 inch of rim with boiling water. Stir. Top with whipped cream; drizzle green creme de menthe over top. Serves 1.
