Thanksgiving
1985 HOT MOCHA
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
3 teaspooons sugar
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup water
3 cups milk
2 teaspoons Kahlua
Whipped cream
Mix cocoa, sugar, salt and water in a pan. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring. Add milk, heat through but don't boil. Remove from heat. Stir in Kahlua. Pour into 4 preheated mugs. Top with whipped cream. Serves 4. (Note: Instant cocoa mix could be used, with the addition of Kahlua.)
