Thanksgiving
1998 CITRUS COOLER
6 1/4 cups pink grapefruit juice, divided
2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate or tangerine juice concentrate, thawed
and
undiluted
2 cups lime-flavored sparkling water (such as seltzer), chilled
Lime slices for garnish
Pour 2 1/4 cups grapefruit juice into ice trays, filling 24 sections; freeze. Combine remaining 4 cups grapefruit juice with pineapple juice and orange juice concentrate; cover and chill 3-4 hours. Just before serving, stir in sparkling water. Place 3 frozen grapefruit juice cubes in each of 8 glasses; fill evenly with fruit juice mixture. Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
Makes about 10 cups; 110 calories per serving.
