Thanksgiving
Chop 4 to 6 hard-cooked eggs. Mix with chopped onion, salt, pepper and enough mayonnaise to moisten. Press into a pie pan. Refrigerate until firm. Whip 8-ounces room temperature cream cheese until smooth, then spread over the egg mixture. Top with caviar. Chill and serve with pumpernickel bread and champagne.
