To place an ad:
Advertising for The Providence Journal and projo.com may be placed by telephone or by fax.
Call by 4:30 p.m. two days before newspaper publication.
For multiple-column, bordered ads for The Providence Sunday Journal,
call by Thursday at 4 p.m.

Office hours:
Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

The Publisher reserves the right to edit or reject any advertising copy submitted for publication.

Instructions to cancel an ad

For next-day publication, call weekdays before 1 p.m.
For Sunday publication, call before 4 p.m. Friday.
New ads cannot be changed or cancelled until they have appeared in the newspaper.
Please check your ad!

If you find an error, call us at (401) 277-7730 or before 1 p.m. so we may correct your ad for the next day.

The Publisher shall not be liable for an amount greater than the cost of the ad or that portion of the ad in which the error occurred.
