The 99 CITGO SUPERGARD Ford Taurus carries Jeff Burton, who competed in his first NASCAR Winston Cup event at New Hampshire International Speedway in 1993. In 1994, he was named NASCAR's Winston Cup Rookie of the Year.
But the 99 car doesn't run with Jeff Burton alone: it needs Frank as a crew chief, Pierre as a car chief, Harry as general manager, as well as performance-development managers and mechanics and engine specialists and fabricators and a spotter, and tire carriers and tire changers and a jackman and gas men and a gas runner.
Then, it becomes a winning NASCAR Winston Cup racecar.
