General Frequently Asked Questions

1. I've forgotten or lost my password. What do I do?

Please do not re-register. You may access your projo.com password by logging-on to the following address and completing these few simple steps:
1. First, go to: http://signin.projo.com/
2. Enter your e-mail address.
3. Click on the "Forgot My Password" link.

We will immediately e-mail a new password to you. If you don't like the password we have e-mailed to you, you may then select the "Change My Password" link (located on the same sign-in page) to update your password to one that you prefer.

NOTE: If you've forgotten your bulletin board password, please go to http://www.projo.com/cgi-bin/wwwthreads/login.pl?Cat= to reset it. Type in your user name, and click the 'I forgot my password' button.

Please also note that the bulletin board and the site registration passwords are stored in different databases (we are working to fix this problem). If you have registered for the bulletin boards, but not registered for access to articles, newsletters and other site features, your bulletin board password will not get you access to other areas of the site. You will have to register at http://signin.projo.com too.
