2.  Why is projo.com making this change?

We are committed to improving your web site experience every way we can. Over the past several months, our customers have given us terrific ideas and valuable insight about how we can improve the site to better serve their needs. In response, we developed a site that's faster, with more efficient navigation. Plus we've added a more powerful search tool and a new feature that lets you customize the site's appearance.

3.  Will my projo.com bookmarks continue to work properly?

Yes, in most cases. Our improved site design did not alter the location of most web site sections. In the rare instance that the location of a particular section has changed, we will direct you to the new location.

4.  What is new with this change?

We hope you'll find projo.com easier to use and more convenient - allowing you to access the information you’re looking for even more quickly!

Some of the enhancements you will find include: quicker, better organized navigation links; pages that load faster; content that fills the browser window better at most popular sizes; a new, high-quality article search tool; and a tool to set site colors and text to your preferences.

5.  Are you offering any different content or information with this new design?

Based on the news and information needs expressed by our customers, projo.com will include additional content such as entertainment, personal technology, business, and sports news.  At the same time, nearly all of the content that was previously offered on projo.com will remain available – and now it's easier and simpler to find.

6.  What will change in the future?

We are dedicated to providing you a broad selection of deep, rich news and information, and continually refining our design and navigation to provide the quickest, most convenient experience possible. 7.  How do I find my favorite section/page/information?

The locations of most pages on our web site have not changed. If you do need a little help finding your favorite areas of our web site, once the new design is in place, please use the new Table of Contents at the bottom of each page or our site map to help you locate the section. If you continue to have trouble locating a particular section or page, please contact us.

8.  Will it work in the web browser I use?

Most modern web browsers -- including Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5 and later, Netscape versions 6 and later, Mozilla, Opera and Safari -- will work fine to display projo.com pages. Older Netscape browsers in the version 4 series will also work, but the appearance will not be the same, and some advanced design features may not fully function.

This and many other web sites work best in one of the modern browsers listed above, all of which are free software.

9.  I use an Apple Macintosh; will I see the site the same?

All of the sections and functionalities of projo.com will be available to you.  However, as with any Web browser or individual computer monitor, the look of our content on the screens may be slightly different.
