Journal Food section: Recipes at NFL.com, beginning with Green Bay quarterback Brett Favre's New Orleans Crawfish etouffe´; also, fun facts and party tips Fall River native, TV star and New Orleans restaurateur Emeril Lagasse prepared this Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya on ABC's Super Bowl 2000 pre-game show. He also shared recipes from his Louisiana Real & Rustic cookbook with The Journal: Stewed Chicken and Sausage, Rustic Rub, Bouillabaisse. And here's Lagasse's New England Clam Chowder recipe. The Quick and Easy Remoulade sauce link is broken on that page -- critical if you're making Crab Cakes Windsor Court, below. We hunted it down, and here it is: Quick and Easy Remoulade sauce. There's a killer drink recipe called a Hand Grenade here, too -- 3 parts cranberry juice, one part tequila, ice to taste. Crab Cakes Windsor Court is just one of hundreds of New Orleans recipes collected by food writer Tom Fitzmorris (Eclectic Gourmet Guide to New Orleans).
