This diagram shows the approximate places where rescuers
recovered the 96 people who died at the scene of The Station nightclub fire
on Feb. 20, 2003. Four others died later at the hospital. The numbers show how
many people were found in each area. The front of the club, facing Cowesett
Avenue, West Warwick, is at the bottom of the diagram. The Providence Journal
sued the attorney general's office for access to the diagram. The attorney general,
under a judge's order, made the diagram public Aug. 2.
