The confession of Todd Barry

On the evening on Sunday, Nov. 3, 2002, Todd Barry told Rhode Island State Police detectives how he murdered Victoria Cushman. His more than three-hour interview was recorded on videotape.

Days before the interview, Barry also provided police with a hand-written confession.

A full copy of the hand-written confession and selected excerpts from the video are below.
